					<description>exactly. No doubt the system is a crap that tells you that : We will sponsor you for your course, don't worry the government will take care of you. Then when you have finish your course then they will say: No you can't claim the $$, No we didn't cheat you, it's all your fault, we just go by the rule.</description>
